The 6th Annual Crop Walk (Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty) is Sunday, October 21. This family friendly walk is 3 miles in length and will begin and end at the Fellowship Hall. Registration is at 3pm and the walk begins at 3:15 pm.

Last year's walk raised $13,894, and this year's goal is $15,000. Twenty-five percent of the money raised stays in our local community and will be divided between the Fredericksburg Area Food Bank and the Micah hospitality Center. The rest of the funds go to Church World Service.

Look for sign up sheets after Sunday worship. If you can't participate in the walk, you may make a donation after church on October 14 and 21. Checks can be made out to CWS/CROP. For more information, contact Karen Johnson.
