One Great Hour of Sharing: This offering goes to denominations programs which minister through disaster response, refugee assistance and resettlement, and community self-development.

Peacemaking Offering (World Communion Sunday): This offer is used to support ministries of reconciliation – in families, individual lives, communities, the international arena, and the whole of creation. Some of this money goes to local programs.

Christmas Joy Gift: Half of these offerings supports the Assistance Program of the Board of Pensions for active or retired ministers and their families in time of need. The other half goes to help with basic operating costs at eight Presbyterian racial and ethnic schools and colleges.

Two Cents a Meal: Not meant to be a traditional offering, this monthly collection is meant to be a daily reminder of the problem of hunger. Money goes to support shelters, food banks, child nutrition programs, as well as relief and development work overseas. Talk with Bruce Harvey about a "bread bank" to keep on your dining room table.
